Choose an airport-transfer vehicle using two separate lists: the people and their seating needs, and the luggage with its dimensions. The number of passenger seats does not establish the luggage capacity. Have the complete configuration confirmed before booking.

Start with the people and the required seating

Count all adults and children. State any child-restraint or access needs and say whether you are bringing your own child seat. Confirm the seating arrangement with the luggage space it leaves available; do not assume that a maximum passenger figure applies to every luggage combination.

If you need a particular boarding arrangement or equipment, describe it in advance and request confirmation. Do not infer the presence of a ramp, anchorage or specialist equipment from a category name or vehicle photograph.

Make a measurable luggage inventory

  • List suitcases and smaller bags separately, with the quantity of each.
  • For bulky items, give length, width and height, including handles or projecting parts.
  • For a pushchair or another folding item, provide its folded dimensions and whether it can be folded before loading.
  • Describe rigid items separately from soft bags; include any child seat you are bringing.
  • Mention unusual shapes or protection needs without assuming specialist equipment is included.

Ask for confirmation for all passengers seated in the required configuration and all the listed luggage together. A seat count alone is not a promise of a particular number of suitcases. A smaller party can still need more space when it carries bulky items.

Confirm the proposed arrangement

Keep the final passenger and luggage details together when checking the vehicle. If the information changes before travel, request a review of the arrangement. For a return after a flight, check again if the party or luggage differs from the outward journey.

If more than one vehicle is proposed, have availability and the allocation of people and bags confirmed. Keep enough room for the required restraints and installations in each vehicle rather than splitting only by headcount.

Link the choice to your airport journey

See our private Brussels Airport taxi service for BRU or private Charleroi Airport taxi service for CRL. Use the same accurate inventory when confirming the journey and the vehicle.

Before confirming the vehicle

Check the final passenger count, seating and restraint needs, luggage list, dimensions of bulky or folding items, access requirements and the agreed configuration. Keep the equipment and availability confirmation with the journey details.

Planning guidance checked on 18 October 2026. Confirm the seating, luggage configuration and equipment availability for your journey.
