We monitor the arrival times of flights, in case of delays. Contact us using the number or email address provided on your booking voucher to inform us of any delays. If possible, we and our partners will do our best to reschedule the transfer according to the new arrival time. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, you must request a refund of the transfer cost from the carrier operating the flight.
Luggage rules:You can take one medium-sized piece of luggage and one piece of carry-on luggage, such as a purse or small bag, per passenger seat.For example, if you have booked an 8-passenger vehicle, you can take 8 pieces of medium-sized luggage and 8 pieces of carry-on luggage with you. If you plan to travel with additional luggage, we strongly recommend that you change to a larger vehicle.
