How to book your Brussels Airport shuttle

Brussels Airport shuttle pickup: where to meet your driver
The usual meeting point at BRU is Java Café in the Arrivals Hall. Your driver contacts you to help arrange the meeting and waits with your name clearly displayed. For journeys to the airport, pickup takes place at the address entered in your booking.
Driver contact details are usually sent by email and SMS 12–24 hours before the journey. For a last-minute booking, they are provided after a driver has been assigned. Remain reachable using the contact details supplied with your booking so the driver can help you find the meeting point.
Flight delays and included waiting time
We monitor your arrival using the flight number in your booking. When a normal flight delay changes your arrival time, we adjust the pickup time. Airport pickup includes 60 minutes of waiting at no extra charge. After a flight delay, this period starts from the adjusted pickup time.
If you book a pickup later than the scheduled landing time, the included waiting period starts at your booked pickup time. Passport control and baggage collection may take longer after a long-haul or non-Schengen flight, so you can choose a later pickup to allow for this.
Additional waiting charges may apply after the included 60 minutes. You are not automatically treated as absent when that period ends: the driver first attempts to contact you. If contact cannot be established, the no-show procedure may then apply.
For a significant delay or other disruption, remain reachable so we can coordinate the pickup with you.
Choose a vehicle for passengers and luggage
The right vehicle depends on both passenger numbers and the luggage you will bring. Four people with small bags may need different space from four people with large suitcases and a pushchair. Include these details when booking so you can select a vehicle suited to the whole journey.
Child seats are available. Request them during booking and provide the child’s age or the required seat type so suitable equipment can be arranged. For a larger group that needs more than one van, contact us to discuss arranging several vehicles.
